Storm water & drainage
Is your parking lot a pond every time it rains?
Standing water drives customers away from a business and ends up in the basement at home. We fix storm water problems before they turn into a flooded basement or an ice rink at the front door.
- Dry wells that overflow after every storm
- Catch basins and storm drains that stop taking water
- Parking lots that pond in spring and ice over in winter
- Basement entrances and low spots that collect runoff
New cesspools & connections
Precast cesspools, installed right.
When an old cesspool is past pumping, we supply and install new precast cesspools and make the sewer line connection to the house. You get one company from the first call to the finished hookup.

Questions
Before you call.
Quick answers to common cesspool, sewer and drainage questions.
What's the difference between a cesspool and a septic tank?
A cesspool is a perforated pit, usually precast concrete rings, that lets wastewater seep straight into the surrounding soil. A septic tank is a sealed tank that separates solids before the liquid moves on to a leaching area. Many older Long Island homes run on cesspools. We pump and service both.
How can I tell my cesspool needs attention?
Common signs are slow drains throughout the house, gurgling pipes, sewage odor in the yard, water backing up into the lowest fixture, or soggy ground over the cesspool. If you notice any of these, call before it turns into a full backup.
Do you work on commercial properties?
Yes. Our trucks are lettered residential and commercial. That includes parking-lot dry wells, catch basins and storm drains that flood or ice over when they stop taking water.
Can you install a new cesspool?
Yes. We supply and set precast cesspools and handle sewer line connections. Mention our offer when you call to take $50 off an installation.
What areas do you cover?
